Jan. 6th, 2011 07:11 pmLast night I decided I was going to make myself scrambled eggs for breakfast because I was working from home and didn't have to worry about catching a train. Then I woke up to a weird dream where I completely failed at making scrambled eggs. But my subconscious was conquered and my breakfast was really yum!
I also made a Madeira cake today. Cake batter is so good that I hardly ever want to put it in the oven. It tastes great too but I will be good and not eat it all now and share with others.
(My project isn't officially back until next week, so I'm doing self-paced training this week and some project work I can't officially put time against and wasting time cooking. And quite frankly, enjoying the down time while I have it, the next few months until I go away are probably going to be busy.)
